Energy Floors partnered with Hang Seng Bank for an engaging brand activation at the Clockenflap Festival in Hong Kong, combining sustainability with interactive technology. The installation featured kinetic energy floors that allowed festival-goers to generate renewable energy through their movements, directly powering parts of the event. This immersive experience highlighted Hang Seng Bank’s commitment to green innovation while encouraging participants to actively engage with sustainability. The project seamlessly blended entertainment and environmental awareness, creating a memorable and impactful brand presence. Set Up - Silent Disco Energy Dance Floor
Integrated in a custom build stage, the Energy Floors Sustainable Dance Floor measures 3×6 meters of kinetic flooring.
32 Kinetic floor modules, nicely placed in a raised flooring in front of a custom build DJ Booth with a backdrop communicating the invite to participate
“turn your moves into power”.
Two lcd – tv screens with custom designed and Hang Seng Bank branded energy dashboard, communicating the energy production process.
To enter this stage, visitors are asked to participate in an Energy Challenge, where they can win a free drink, while saving their human powered energy in a battery.

Step up – Power up and win a drink:
Charge the virtual battery to 100% and you have yourself earned a free drink.
Meanwhile your energy produced is stored in a mini powerbank, a gift to take
home with you .


Challenge(s) and Custom Solutions
Challenge: Offering a feasible proposal for a rental project with a costly logistics post.
Solution:
Thanks to our trusted forwarder, we seamlessly brought everything together for our customer with an early shipment, all while keeping logistics costs to a minimum. Their reliable support allowed us to deliver on our promise with efficiency and ease.
In addition, prior to the event and Clockenflap Ltd had a storage location for the large volume of hardware in flight cases. Also Clockenflap organised local transporation for the rental hardware, from and to the airport.
