For our small and ambitious team, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Content & Online Marketer to internationally grow our propositions Dancer, Gamer & Walker in the market segments Entertainment, Education and Smart City/Building.

What are you going to do?

As a Content & Online Marketer, you are an important part of the Energy Floors team. You are responsible for hands-on managing and adapting existing content next to new content creation. One of your core tasks is generating new qualitative leads for the sales team. Here you are monitoring the whole process, from application form on the website to closing the deal. You focus your innovative marketing/communication skills on the various target groups (entertainment, education and smart city/building) in our most important markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, adapt and create the multi-channel marketing content, online and offline.
  • Drive a consistent brand identity and convey the positive brand values of Energy Floors.
  • Ensure all content produced is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including website, social media, email, mobile, video and print.
  • Regular production of new content, copy and visual, including video/graphics editing, according to visual Brand Identity guidelines.
  • Adapt the content creation briefing to various online communications channels such as but not limited to website, social media FB, Instagram and LinkedIn, E-mail Marketing and Display and Video Advertising.
  • Analyze existing Energy Floors content that is interesting and beneficial to our audiences and create, edit and deliver that content across all of our channels.
  • Content management and content version management.
  • Be the editor of the online content for the Social Media channels, Owned.
  • Keep up to date with the news agenda and flag relevant stories that can support our engagement.
  • Produce offline communication materials such as brochures, flyers, booth stickering at events and other offline marketing materials etc.
  • Build in-depth understanding of the operations, target markets and sales and turning it into enticing and engaging copy and visuals that resonates with our audiences;
  • Work closely with colleagues to gain missing information or to discover background for new ideas.
  • Work closely with our online marketing agency, designer and video producer to ensure timely delivery of assets and creative items.

Who are you?

Energy Floors is a scale-up based in Rotterdam where you get the freedom to make a difference. We are looking for someone who has the following skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a content marketing role;
  • You have at least an HBO (Marketing) master graduation;
  • Ability to create and adapt content, copy and visual with limited oversight and direction;
  • Editing skills of visual content, image and video;
  • Excellent copy-writing skills, in Dutch and English;
  • Experience using the Adobe Suite;
  • Experience of using Social Media: FB, Instagram and LinkedIn;
  • Experience with Dropbox;
  • Experience with an E-mail Marketing tool (we use ZoHo), and a Content Management System (e.g. WordPress);
  • You are a creative doer, go for results and like to work in a small ambitious and innovative team.
  • You are interested in sustainability and technology and you will also carry this out.
